Dept Social Service (DSS) is conducting an independent survey of clients who participated in the National Disability Advocacy Program (NDAP) activity since 1 January 2021.
On Monday 23rd May, you would have received an email or SMS from Rights in Action advising you of the survey with Australian Survey Research who are doing the survey for DSS.
Your personal information will remain confidential, it will take approximately 5 mins to complete and the government will:
- NOT know who has answered the survey
- WILL NOT see client names, email address or dates or birth
- Provide more information on the phone if you call 1800 861 854
At the end of the survey, you can enter a draw to win a $50 grocery voucher
DSS Client Survey ends 30 June 2022 and that DSS will be contacting individuals either by phone or email; who have been registered with RIA from 1st July 2021.
